1. Acceptance

By checking the box below and clicking "I Agree," you enter into a binding agreement with arcx.my.id ("the Service"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service in any way, and any subdomain claimed without acceptance is void.

2. Sole Responsibility of the User

You, and only you, are responsible for every subdomain you claim and every DNS record you configure. This includes but is not limited to the content hosted, the traffic redirected, the services pointed to, and any consequence arising from your use of the subdomain. The Service is a neutral infrastructure provider only. The Service does not review, endorse, monitor, or control what you do with your subdomain.

3. Prohibited Use

• Phishing, malware distribution, spoofed login pages, or any deceptive impersonation of another person, brand, or organization.
• Hosting or redirecting to illegal content under the laws of Indonesia or of any jurisdiction where the subdomain is accessed.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, or abuse of email/DNS records (MX, TXT, SRV) for fraud.
• Any activity that violates the rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or platform terms of service.
• Attempting to circumvent the 4-subdomain-per-account limit through multiple accounts or automation.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to uptime, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. DNS propagation, availability, and record accuracy are not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, its operator ("AldX"), and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or third-party claims — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the maximum extent permitted, and in no event shall exceed zero, given the Service is provided free of charge.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service and its operator from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of a claimed subdomain, your DNS records, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. Suspension and Termination

The Service may suspend, reclaim, or permanently delete any subdomain and its DNS records, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated. No compensation or refund applies, as the Service is provided free of charge.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date shown on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's domicile.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding its use, superseding any prior understanding. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Questions, abuse reports, or support requests can be sent to support@aldx.my.id. Contacting support does not waive any part of these Terms, including your sole responsibility for your subdomain and its records.
